I used Sharon's for over 10 years, always going to Erin Ramsey and never having a problem. The first year I decided to go with someone else I was left a very nasty message informing me (in very colorful language) that my business didn't matter and she had so many clients she wouldn't even notice my absence.
I have since seen to it none of my friends or partners patronize her or her mother's business.
