I had an amazing experience at K&K Optometry. The receptionist were incredibly helpful with verifying my insurance and making me feel comfortable during my appointment. Today, I saw Dr. Hung who was extremely knowledgeable and reassured any questions I had. Ive also seen other doctors at their practice and theyve been equally helpful!

I had an excellent experience here. Kenny, the optical manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even waiting in line, I could tell he is absolutely devoted to making the customer's experience as enjoyable as possible. I was visiting San Francisco from Los Angeles and needed to get some new contacts ASAP because my vision was half blurry. He did not hesitate to do what he could to help, and he was incredibly empathetic to my predicament.

Customer service at the optical department in Ssf El Camino site is very poor. There are couple of ladies, the way they talked to customers is very rude. I have been going to Costco for years. Because of those couple people, do not even want to go to that Costco optical department. One of the lady name is Michelle.

For average glasses, there is a charge of $100-200 with insurance. In Costco located in Southern California there is no extra fee with VSP insurance.

Dr Saya Hayashi is the best. Very patient and professional. Love it!
