Take a number. NO Thank you! I waited twice, for what? 800 contacts will get them delivered to your door fast and will beat any pricing. Glasses you can get anywhere else. I went to a competitor that claims to be the Best in America and so far, I have been nothing but happy and never waiting again. I love Costco, for everything except for eye care, your life is to valuable to wait here.

This Costco optometry exceeded my expectation   The staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband and I both had a video consultation with dr Michael Khoury. He was an exceptional doctor. I was having visual changes and he immediately picked up on it. Gave me a referral to a specialist. He even recognized my husbands hypertension so impressed with this doctor. Also I've been going to some fancy places in the past that have done nothing but over charge. The nice lady that helped me with my glasses was so great. I also can't believe how much cheaper it is than all off the expensive fancy places I've been too

Great selection of Universal Fit glasses for Asians with low nose bridges. Men and women's styles. Look for the blue globe sticker on the corner of the right lens. They even have a Big Man Fit one! Better selection than Redwood City Costco. Daly City Costco not as good, but better than Redwood City.

The bald guy wearing glasses yesterday afternoon was so freaking rude for no reason when I came in to refill my contact lenses.I only wanted to order a 6 month supply since I'm considering LASIK surgery soon. He kept pushing me to buy a 1-year supply and then made a condescending remark to me about "doing the math in my head" because I could save money. Yes, I can do math and obviously buying a 1-year supply is a better deal, but that is not what I came here for. I usually don't care about customer service since I like to be in and out ASAP. I also rarely write bad reviews but this guy spoke to me as if I was an idiot with no common sense and he delivered nothing but rude service. I wish I got his name but his badge was flipped the other way so I couldn't see it.
