AW Collision

I was told to use my insurance and do the claim that way so it will be convenient for them AW collision. Otherwise the insurance from the driver at fault was too complicated to deal with. It was easy to have my insurance deal with the other insurance instead of them dealing with it. Oh that they dont answer phone calls just e-mails. Bad customer service not wanting to do the job because it was too difficult to deal with. Definitely a bad customer service. No thank you.

I needed to get my bumper fixed after someone rear-ended my car. I was dreading the process but Julio from AW Collision of Serramonte made it super easy for me. They handled everything with the insurance and only took a few days. They also repaired a different damage in my mirror without overcharging me for parts or labor like other places. Julio also helped me arrange for someone to take me to get my rental and then return it. My car looks great now and the repairs are backed by a life warranty. I definitely recommend them!

John Xiao and his team were exceptional. In a time of great stress they were the only auto body place that were kind, supportive and efficient to deal with. They were professional and I did not feel like I was getting scammed or forced into spending more than I needed to. My car looks good as new! Would recommend anyone in the Bay Area with a Hyundai to use their services when needed.
