Excellent place to get insurance in South lake Tahoe

No one should use this insurance company to purchase insurance. I have been a customer for twenty plus years for my condo and then my second home in the Tahoe Keys community at South Lake Tahoe. Recently I have had nothing but trouble with their agent Melissa. She has been non responsive to my inquiries about the cost and possible choices of policies for my home insurance. She seems to be very ignorant of the policies. Recently she has been extremely rude to me when I have tried to ask pertinent questions about payments on my policy. I tried to pay my insurance by giving her my credit card number when I found a payment was past due because I was sick with COVID-19 and she hung up on me. I subsequently sent my payment directly to the insurance company but because of her my payment maybe late. If you want good, polite, knowledgeable service from your insurance agency. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AGENCY!!! And NEVER DEAL WITH SUPPER RUDE MELLISSA.
