        Called and spoke to a rep from the office who informed me if I moved my primary and secondary homeowners policies to Farmers, the Tahoe property (secondary) could be insured without the CA Fair Plan. She sent me several forms to fill out. Spent 2 hours completing these forms, only to get a call from someone else telling me I had to get insurance through the CA Fair Plan and Farmers and that everyone in their office knows that. Now that have a ton of my personal information, including name, address, phone, SS#, home details, etc. Hmmm....What an enormous waste of time for me, but valuable data collection for them.  Jon should educate his staff at the very least.
