        The customer service is beyond non existent. My sister has a 1 year old and is due any day with a second, and I am visiting and staying at the house as well as our close friend who also has a 1 year old. We found out we had no hot water to give the babies a bath and my pregnant sister could not get a hold of the office. When she finally got a hold of someone, he immediately had the worst attitude and refused to fill the propane stating that my sister had not paid (she sent a check two weeks ago) and that he was just waiting for her to run out and have to call them begging for help. We now have a baby shower tomorrow and two guests staying over with with no propane and no help from the company in any near future.
