I needed propane I called Kamps I needed service tank set and I'm in a trailer. I thought no way we already had a 250 gallon on the property for the house. Anyway they kamps said no problem. But then I ran out of money waiting for my ssi to be activated I had zero dollars. So a few days went by and they called me asking why I haven't called back. I explained I ran out of money. They were such nice people. But the very next morning Kamps was setting my tank. It was full of propane. Who dose that. NO ONE DOSE THAT. Ya they Got my business for life.

I question why I still use this company almost monthly. They have ran us out of propane several times, and when they do you have to wait for a drive to be in your area, Or they will bring a few gallons at a time to get you by. Thats awesome when propane is your heat source, and you have children. Ive been hung up on, waited days for call backs, they stopped propane cylinder fill ups at their office. Ive heard there were business changes, and now its an absolute joke. Why are they even still open? If it wasnt for the discount, Id disconnect their tank and leave it by the road.

I started my service in Sept of 2021. At that time I was promised a new tank as mine was over 30 years old and in terrible shape. After several promised delivery dates and a no show, my tank was finally delivered a year and a half later by the store manager. I even tipped him $50 cash for the delivery. I asked him for a discount on the fill up due to all the trouble and time it took for the tank to be delivered. He said he would. Sure enough I received the nearly $800 bill for the fill up with No Discount. When I called him, I got the run around for weeks. I had to call him three different times and I was given a messily $18.30 off my bill. What a disappointment.

They left me without gas. Called several time and told me I was on there list to fill up. Months and never showed up. Used up gas all the way to empty had to call another company to exchange services. Put there tank in the street. They wouldnt pick it up till I told them if they dont pick it up that day Id put it on my car trailer and take it to my welder to make a BBQ pit out of it. It was gone that night. Never again. Id rather pay more and get good service even with these prices the deal with these people. Do us all a favor close down.
