        Suddenly the WORST customer service we've ever received coming here. The last few visits have been terrible with the two men working the store. We won't be back.

        My husband and I purchased all of my house paint at Kelly Moore Paints, and Robert was absolutely stunning. Not only did he match all the different paints for me, but he even offered to deliver it to me in Santa Rosa. His customer service is unparalleled to most now-a-days. Kelly-Moore really needs to better support the Sonoma store because they have a hard time keeping good people out there such as Robert. I had the opportunity to go to any of the Santa Rosa stores, however when I was referred to Robert I was happy to make the trip to the Sonoma store. His customer service and personality are infectious and he always greets you with a big welcoming smile. Give him a raise and a promotion to a higher leadership role. These are the type of people Kelly Moore wants to keep for the long haul.

        In February 2021, my family needed to search a custom paint color I had mixed back in September of 2016. I did not have the paint name color, the number of the or a leftover can of paint. I called the Sonoma Kelly Moore Paint Store & Robert (the manager) answered. He listened to my desperate attempts to figure out the custom the custom color I had mixed from 5 years ago. The only thing I had was the day I purchased the paint and about how much I had spent on my credit card. Robert  took the time to comb through the records they had on file. He found the exact name and number of the custom paint I had been searching for. He literally saved the day! He saved me hours of time so I could just get to the painting & get our house on the market to sell. Otherwise I would have had to repaint the entire house. Robert is a great employee and I really appreciated his service.
