Gina did a wonderful job helping us find our first home. She was always ahead of the game and on the ball with all the details involved. Through the home buying experience I truly learned that having the good realtor is like having a good lawyer . There is so much involved and it truly pays to have someone who knows all the ins and outs. We loved the character found in older homes but unfortunately older homes have problems at times. With that being said her negotiating skills were top notch and she scored us a deal well below our original offer . 10/10 recommend the DeLegge team and all the efforts they put into make this experience as smooth as possible . We loved everyone they recommended for us also , between the lender to the inspectors everyone was very professional .
