I get to see Brian in action regularly as a notary during his signings. I love to see that his clients always feel safe and confident in Brian's assistance with their investments. I come in and the very end of the transactions and have only ever heard the best from his clients. I know this comes from his genuine willingness to provide the best for those he has entered into relationships with. Brian cares about everyone he works and is also a great negotiator. Brian also takes amazing care of all the vendors he works with. He is a stand up guy with the experience and talent to get people into the home they want.

Buying your first home can be an intimidating process. There are so many factors to consider. Brian does an excellent job of making you feel comfortable that you are making the best decision. He is not pushy like some other Realtors. He always points out the positive and negative values of each property. This is not to mention all of the money he saved us via tax credits and his keen negotiating skills!! He made my wife and I feel like we were making the best decision for our family, while also getting the best deal. Brian is extremely knowledgeable. He seems to know everything about just about every neighborhood in all of San Diego. We have been living in our home for 4 years now and we could not be happier.
