Ryan and Lauren helped us buy our first home and we couldnt be happier! We were actually out of town when we got a call that the perfect house just came on the market in Oceanside. They Facetimed us from the house and we made an offer sight unseen! The house was a total fixer, and they really helped us visualize remodeling and improving the space. Without their vision we may not have seen the potential in this house, which we have since remodeled and its now our dream home! We cant say enough good things about working with Ryan and Lauren to buy our first home.

We were looking to buy our first home off and on for a few years, and then decided to pull the trigger and enlisted Lauren and Ryans help. We managed to get an off-market deal during a crazy, competitive time. During trying moments of back and forth negotiation, Lauren and Ryan guided us through with ease, and we couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. They also helped during a remodel prior to moving in. The house was a bit of a cosmetic fixer, and they helped us visualize the remodel, which was super helpful.
