        So I used Evolution Nutrition for only a few weeks and only with 3 clients. However, I did let the recurring billing go on because I may have used it again. After a few months, I decided to cancel subscription because I wasn't using it. I submitted the cancelation and thought it would stop but it kept charging my card. I canceled my debit card to stop it but within a week of me getting my new card and not putting updating card information, I got charged on my new card. I don't understand how this happens. This is wrong on and illegal on so many levels. I can't contact anyone so I'm putting concerns here to tell others to be careful

        The worst customer service via message chat, there is NO number to call so you will never talk to a real live person. The chat message system is 2 people, and the response time is approx. 10-24hrs every time there's an issue. It overpriced for the terrible customer service alone. Do not recommend.

        ridiculously expensive, they want to charge an extra 20 dollars to let you edit your own freaking meal plans, and there is no function that allows you to copy paste so that you can do it else where, way overpriced

        Hi Dre - So sorry that you did not have a good experience with our support staff. All of our customer support reps are real people however and we do have more than two reps. We provide customer support from 8:30-4:30 PST, often times earlier and later, depending on case load and usually respond within an hour or two, if not sooner. After hours or weekends obviously takes longer. Please reach out to our staff again should you have any questions or want to provide additional feedback. It's a place where we can actually work through any shortcomings.         Hi Logan - I'm sorry you find our platform to be too expensive, but we offer a variety of options at different prices to meet each persons needs. The Pro 50 you are referring to allows you to work with up to 50 clients, at a cost of $1.38 per client, which we feel is very fair. However, if you are not satisfied, we can gladly cancel your account and refund your last payment. Check your email for a note from our support staff directly and we can gladly reconcile any displeasure. Thanks!
