One Nine Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy

I cannot recommend One Nine Sports Medicine enough!!! Professional, highly skilled, and know what they are doing!!! The atmosphere is so positive! This is my teen athletes first season without injuries in a long time and I attribute it to the DPTs at One Nine! They know how take care of athletes!!!

One Nine is a great resource for athletes of all levels. I am an age group triathlete and coach others myself, and have seen great progress since meeting PT John Buschell. He is a runner himself, so he understands not only the physical side of things but the mental side. He wants to help athletes fix their mechanics BEFORE they get injured and strengthen imbalances so that we can continue to train at our fullest. I recommend One Nine to all of my athletes looking for a physical therapist.

I can not say enough about how happy I am that I found One Nine Sports..And specifically John. I have been with him now going on 4 months. I have had bi lateral full shoulder replacement. I'm over 60 and have been involved in sports my whole life. Prior to my surgeries I workout in in the gym 7 days a week. I've also had more experince with Physical therapy centers than I'd ever hoped necessary. My goal was not just regain range of motion and become pain free. But to be able to get back some reasonable level of resistance and conditioning and strenth training. John is extremely knowledgeable and is completely dedicated and focused on supporting my rehabilitation goals. He spends a great deal of time on extensive deep tissue message and stretching and followed by resistance training. My sessions are incredibly comprehensive with one on one interaction the entire session. Something you will be hard pressed to find in your standard Rehabilitation Centers. My well know sports orthopedic surgeon is beyound surprised to my rapid progress. I don't normally take this much time to right a review of my experiences. But given what John has been able to accomplish with me given my high expectations I felt it necessary to leave this review.
