Very scammy, I have a lifetime membership and they didn't honor it. You have to pay a monthly fee $149/month or more depending on the plan + food. Ends up being very pricey.

Not organized ! Give you the round around . My husband tried to place order and they lied to him on what happen . I ended just buying lean cuisines for my husband it was cheaper and changed selections.

I went to Jenny in Simi a couple times, many years apart, and the system really works.  I just found the food cost and rationing difficult to maintain at the time. But, I am going to invest my money and my effort in myself and my health this new year and go back again. The counselors at the Simi center were nice and offered to try and work with me to keep costs down. They help you with your food & exercise planning, as well as why you eat what you do. They are lovely people who truly rejoice in your successes with you.

This is my first review on Yelp.  Do I have to give 1 star?  This was the worst customer service experience of my life.  Gina was rude, condesending, and of very little help to me get started with the program.  I would recommend going to a different Jenny Craig.

Let me start by saying I really like Jenny Craig food and had great success with it.  But their business model leaves a lot to be desired.  Especially with the virus thing and people not wanting to go out you might think they would come up with ways to be accommodating.  But no.  Personally I don't want to speak with a counselor.  I've been that route and don't need one anymore but they make it impossible to participate without doing that.  If you order food to be delivered you MUST sign up for 4 weeks or pay $100 shipping fee.  I just want a week or two of food I can pick up from the local office and I am willing to do that.  I texted the only main number provided in the 760 area code but they insist you talk to a counselor.  They simply provide no way to just order a week or two of food to pick up.  Considering the cost of the food you would think they would want to retain their customers.  So, sad as I will to have to go to Nutrisystem, which I am not crazy about.  But,  I need this type of program to keep me on track.  Jenny Craig just hasn't learned to work with their customers in a way that is convenient for them.
