I have literally tried every diet out there(I will spare the details, you know the drill). I'm getting married in a few months and have literally been eating my stress everyday, all day. Obviously, Jenny Craig has been in the game for a long time , and I know many people who have been successful with it, so I decided I would give it a shot.. After I drove by a few times I finally got out of the car and headed in. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.. I finally sat down with Jacqueline. When it comes to dieting I am a hot mess express, a yo yo dieter? Totally me. She listened to me talk about how I got to where I am today, un-happy with myself, uncomfortable, and over weight, with no judgements. She encouraged and motivated me(seriously!)really educating me on how to manage what I am eating, creating a positive outlook on where I want to be. She was super informative about all of the food Jenny has and how beneficial the program(lifestyle change!!) will be for me. She never pressured me once, instead, she gave me all the tools that I need to be successful in my weight loss journey!
