We had to do some emergency repairs on my wife's car, and they were able to do repairs same day that other places have taken 3 or 4 days on, for a great value. Excellent experience overall, glad we went here.

I'm giving two stars because I've used Jim's tires one other time and their performance/customer service was great. The missing three stars are because they do not remove the old weights from tires before balancing them and my wheels were not bent.
Today, I dropped off two 205/55/R16 tires/wheels, did not leave the vehicle, and asked for the cheapest set to replace them. I was told a turnaround time of one hour to two hours.
I retuned two hours later and my tires were still sitting out front where I had left them. I asked the guy inside for a guesstimate on when they would be done and he explained that the 1-2 hours was the install time and not how long it would be until they were done.
After three and a half hour I got my tires back and went home to put them on my car to find that the weights installed were rubbing on the calipers and I had to take the tires back. The original weights were still on, in the correct place for the wheels.
The issue for me is when I retuned, I asked the service worker why they didn't remove the old weights and he said that is not normal to remove the old weights. I asked him again and he said "we can remove the old weights but they help keep the wheel balanced."
That rubbed me wrong and prompted the review. They were great once they saw me taking pictures of my tires and even cleaned the wheels and tires.
