Got referred to Premier America credit union, and Al Flores from the Simi valley ca office attended me very well, and answered all my questions. Al was very professional, and the most upright attituded, towards me. Defiantly recommended this credit union.

The manager at this location is so rude and condecending, I have to deal with him now at the other location they have in Simi. I can't escape this guy, he NEVER greets anyone is always rude and stares everytime I come in to make a deposit for our school pta account. I'm honestly sick of this guy, he even stands over the tellers as they do their job and stares and watches over them for no reason. Doesn't say a word and just glares. He's so incredibly rude I really can't stand him. I would never bring my personal accounts here and if I can move our PTA account and get approval through our board I will.

We started going here when it was Litton Credit Union in Woodland Hills. That was in the 80s. We now go to the Simi Branch on Tapo Cyn Bl. Everyone is helpful and nice. Weve had car loans and now a mortgage there. Everything has gone smoothly and we wouldnt bank anywhere else.

My wife and I purchased a used car and the financing was done through Premier America at the dealership.  We have another car and I decided to call them and see if I could get a better rate on that loan.  I spoke to Patrick Brown in the Tapo Canyon branch and he was able to give me a significantly lower rate.  In addition, he made the process very easy and turned the whole transaction around in a couple of days.  He is a true professional and I can't recommend him highly enough.
