Last week I went in to make a deposit for a family member and Alex was able to help me out. His customer service was amazing he was kind, helpful and although I was making a deposited for another family member he was detailed but didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He also mentioned why I don't open an account with them and honestly I might have too.

After having totaled my BMW, I was looking to buy a new car. This credit union gave me the best rate  for a car loan so I decided to go with them when I got my new-to-me car! Always had the best customer service. When I went in to pay off my loan, the rep celebrated with me! Yay to no more car payments and great customer service! If I ever have to get a car loan again ( hopefully not soon) I'll def do business with them!! I have NO complaints and happy with the service I received!

By far best experience I've had banking. I have a few auto loans and personal loans with Premier America. Rosa Tapia has been amazing she has gone above and beyond to help us get the best rate possible when i refinanced my auto loan. The whole team and Rosa in particular provided sunch a professional and kind customer service and are so fast at responding i don't know how they do it. They have better interest rates, better customer service and they are really looking out for your best interest. Would highly recommend. I've referred a few people over to Rosa and they've all been happy with the service.
