Went into the bank to transfer money from one of my accounts to another, (both in my name) gave the teller my account number, DL, and said the amount I'd like to transfer. The teller then asked for a second form of ID. I presented a second form of PICTURE ID. The teller said that a credit card or debt card was REQUIRED as an additional ID even if it's from another bank if I wanted to complete the transfer.
If your trying to verify someone's ID, what's better than a picture ID with the same address on it as the Chase bank account has on file? WTF is this bank up too? Stock piling peoples credit card/debt card numbers from other financial institutions? Maybe it's the tellers doing so??? Keep an eye on your credit card/debit statements if you bank with Chase people. I'm leaving...

Tellers never feel like doing their job and recommend you go online or use the ATM, takes forever to see a banker for simple task like getting a printed account summary
