This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with in my 30 years of being self employed. They will audit your worker's comp insurance multiple times and keep billing you more money for adjusted premiums and not tell you why. I am reporting them to Dept of Insurance and all other related agencies. Please do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from them.

Horrible customer service from claims call center . This is the worst insurance I have ever had to deal with. The agent working on my case and his manager or supervisor Diana are both very rude . And Allen the agent didnt give me my case number til a week later . I left him a voice mail and he never got bank to me ! He said I didnt leave my number but then I told him I did and he said it wasnt audible. They have no compassion to people that just want Get the damages taken care of. And no one could speak to me because i am not the owner of the my car involved in the accident , although I was the driver ! Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Adjuster never return call and you have to keep calling and leaving messages till you get a 'brief' answer
