Dennis Sokol (and his entire staff and family) are a pleasure to work with. I am pretty sure Dennis answers his phone at ALL HOURS of the day because he has taken my call immediately at odd hours and on weekends. He is always quick to provide a quote, give direction, share advice or recommend a service--with no sales pressure. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He wife has helped me as well with my insurance needs and she is a kind and friendly as can be. In fact, I just bought a house and she drove all the way out to Santa Clarita to deliver a housewarming gift! Totally unexpected and the gift was extremely generous, not Sokol insurance pencils or notepads! :-) All said, I have always had an excellent experience with Sokol insurance and I have had everything from my car, home and RV insured with him for twenty years. The insurance plan I recently signed for my house includes plenty of coverage and the rate was so fair, my lender even made a comment about it being a great price. I am sure it helps to have all my insurance with them and to have been with them for many years, but years ago, when I was working part time and didn't have two nickels to rub together, Dennis always worked with me to find an affordable coverage plan. Needless to say, I plan to stick with them for the long haul. AAA+++
