        Micheal is dishonest and is a lyar. He is very nice to start with you to insure you, then he will igore you and play games. I came to him because my farmers agent no longer is working for farmers, instead, Michael suggested to go with Kemper insurance, worst decission made. Michael does not respond to calls, or emails, even texting he makes excuses. RUN, DO NOT BELEIVE HIS WORDS, HIS ACTIONS DO NOT MATCH WITH HIS WORDS. VERY DISHONEST, NOT LOYAL TO HIS CUSTOMERS AND DOES NOT CARE LIKE HE SAID HE DOES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
