I highly recommend Victoria. For the past twenty four years or so we have had excellent insurance coverage for our home, cars, collections, personal liability and travel coverage though AIG. A couple years ago, our agent informed us that AIG was taking great losses in area wild fires but they still maintained our coverage with little change. This year, however, we had a five month warning that AIG was considering leaving the State of California due to the extensive losses they experienced. They assured us we had coverage and if AIG did withdraw, theyd find us suitable replacements. WRONG. Two or three reminders our coverage soon expired got us dont worry responses until finally one month before the renewal, we were informed AIG had indeed withdrawn and that our agent couldnt find coverage since we lived in a wild land fire area. Just before the renewal date, they did find coveragewith a company from England at three times our previous rate. Thats when we called Victoria in Sebastopol. We should have done it earliershe saved the day and now we have new insurance coverage and at a far more reasonable rate than we expected.

I was very pleased to meet Victoria Cota after having spoken by telephone. She was a great relief from previous agents, and as a Farmers representative. I knew immediately that she was excellent, bright and capable. I would recommend her to anyone needing an insurance broker.
