        re: Health Insurance.  They spent lots of time emailing back and forth, but gave me faulty or incomplete information at the start.  I waited 6 weeks while I filed for an LLC only to be told by them that they didn't need it.  They asked for the same documents repeatedly.  They had me fill out all the forms without really knowing if I would qualify.  This they should know, after 20 years in business!  There is more....
