        I went in to mail some gear via FedEx and was charged $80 for packaging (2 boxes, some tape and packing peanuts). I ended up having to take the package to a FedEx store anyways to mail it where they said that packaging should have only cost around $30. I was also quoted $240 for shipping (including packaging) when it was only $150 at FedEx (excluding packaging).

      I'm so sorry you're unhappy with our service. First, you had to take your package to a FEDEX office because we cannot ship a FEDEX ground package on your personal account. I made that perfectly clear. Unfortunately the FEDEX employee was not at my store to see what boxes or packaging material or the labor that I put into packaging your goods. Your goods were packed with the utmost care and professionalism. I just wish if you were so unhappy you would have come to me with your complaint rather than leave a bad review. We hope here at Send It Packing we can be of service to you in the future.
