        Seems fairly clean and when ordered correctly the sushi is satisfactory. I hate the trend of mayo and cream based sauces on sushi. There's no need to add this corporate pablem to the rolls It's gross and not the way sushi was meant to be enjoyed. I often wonder if it's to mask something or because the flavor is lacking. On the other hand maybe they are simply catering to the populations desire to douse whatever they're eating into more fat. Although, not an indictment of otoro alone, sushi prices have gotten ridiculous like everything else.
