        I dont understand why the service here is so chronically slow. Every time I place an order, no matter how empty the place is, a single sandwich takes upwards of 15-20 minutes.

        Have not been to togos in years. Used to be amazing, not so much now. QC has slipped. Stale/dry bread, minimal meat, bland flavor. Skipped eating the bread because it was so dry. Will not be coming back.

      Sorry that you had a negative experience with the slow service today. Thanks for the feedback. I will check to see if the crew managed the resources appropriately and what they could have done better. It does look like before your order came in it was slow for a period of time and so half the crew were doing other tasks like dishes, breaks, etc. Then quite a few orders came in all at once right before yours did from the kiosk that each had multiple sandwiches from online and in person orders. Initial look at this is we should have pulled someone from the back out to the front sooner but will need to talk with the crew. Again apologies and thanks for taking the time to share the feedback.
