I had a major renovation recently that Renovate Max team has carried out 100%. It included taking out the chimney and load bearing wall, adding a skylight and kitchen renovation. This is why I recommend Renovate Max: 1- When they visited my house, they provided a very detailed work plan including suggestions. I have seen contractors who give you a work list but along the way add up work but in my experience, we knew what could have happen in advance, no surprises. 2- they told us a date in advance to start the project and to my surprise their employees were at the door 7:45 am that day and they finish the job within the estimated range they provided. 3- the employees are real employees of the company for years and were always on time and very respectful to my family privacy. 4-They did A to Z of the job including electrical and plumbing 5- I asked them to do more work like adding skylight and they provided a reasonable price and did a great job.

When you hire a contractor, you put a lot of trust in them. You trust them to do the right thing for things that are invisible to you, things like properly wiring electrical inside the wall, so that you don't have a fire a few years down the road. Unfortunately, I don't think Renovate Max is worthy of your trust when you're not around.I live next to a house that Renovate Max worked on. I'm in a typical residential area, where there are people at home during the weekday--moms with infants that need to nap, and cubicle monkeys working from home.  Unlike all the other contractors who've worked on houses in the neighborhood, these guys consistently play loud music while working. I tried to politely ask one of their guys to keep it down, and got a dismissive response, then some time later, the music started up louder. It's one thing for there to be construction noise, which everyone in a neighborhood subjects neighbors to at some point and is a fact of life, but it's another thing entirely to be blaring your music the whole time.It's pretty clear that if the owner isn't around, these guys don't care. If they're not from the neighborhood, why bother being neighborly, right? But by the same metric, can you trust them to do the job right when you're not around? I definitely wouldn't.
