CVS

Spoke to Laura, who indicated she is an intern. I have a prescription that was sent 2 weeks early as my Dr. is out of country. It is a controlled substance, NOT ANY OPIOD! I will be out before the order comes in she said. She Lso said she can't have another CVS fill it, which is I believe NoT true as they have many times before. Her attitude was judgmental and rude. I have many prescription s here. Always out of meds and always a problem. Someone from Corperate needs to come spend a day to train.

I hate this pharmacy. But my employer contracts them for our medications and its terrible. The mail order service and in persons even worse.

COUNT YOUR PILLS!!!! Today was the third time (that I am aware of) that I was short a number of pills when I picked up my medication. Im very sure that the insurance company had covered the FULL amount.

Not sure why the least helpful individual is in the consultation window. They told ME to call stores to find out where I could get the medication filled ... I called the 1800 number and they were able to help find a store with the medicine. The rep said that the store should have been able to provide that information.

The WORST customer service and deserve ZERO stars! I had to contact corporate because the two individuals working this morning had zero empathy and disregard for urgency of a situation. Why is it that CORPORATE office can go ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist in an emergency medication situation, but these young FOOLS on a power trip behind the counter are complaining about having to do their job?! The guy told me HE is losing money having to help me! I was unaware that the Pharmacy Techs own CVS and that this idiot would be the one losing money! You and your female coworker need serious HELP and TRAINING in CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are both lazy and let the phone ring off the hook while you stand around and pretend to work! What a joke!
