        Best work out/gym in town! Finally found my thing! The community, coaches and variety of work outs has me excited to go to the gym! Every day is a new class whether cardio or resistance based, and I just show up and follow along and get a GREAT workout in 45 minutes. Cant beat it! Ive never been stronger or in better shape in my life. Thank you f-45!

        Just signed up for the two weeks offer to try it out, I did two classes so far and I am thrilled, this is exactly what am looking for: quick, intense and organized training. Instructions on the TV screen is huge plus, and having a timer countdown tells you exactly what to do and when. Huge benefit over scouting for the trainer to see what to do and when. Highly recommended.
