3/26/24 I asked staff many times they need to add a sign about the two small benchs by the steam and sauna rooms. People use the bench at a locker whenever people need to sit down all you have are gym bags and shoes water bottles on the bench. Its not a locker Im gonna start tossing stuff off the bench

Lockdown was years ago now. Stop using it as an excuse to not hire more workers and be open 24 hours (ya know, like your name). (Since there is no place to comment on the response given by 24 Hour's response to my review I am responding here through edit) No, not good enough. Getting to other gyms out of one's area is not as easy for some people, myself included. Your name is 24 Hour Fitness, not "Some Of Our Clubs Are Open 24 Hours Fitness". Stop making excuses. Cut into your profits and hire more people. And give them health care. Humanity is a collaborative species, and this is not a mutually beneficial relationship. Taking advantage of workers and people who don't have enough money or living space to be able to set up their own home gym is not a service, it's exploitation.
