Rosa is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, dedicated, empathetic and genuinely cares about her clients. I believe she excels at her job because of the obvious passion she has for helping families. Rosa Toral is my go-to referral source for families who need to place their teenager in a residential treatment program. It is such a difficult decision for any family, but Rosa makes the process as simple as possible. She is professional, but very warm and helps her clients find the help they need.
