Id been avoiding getting this jacket dry cleaned for over a year out of fear of it being ruined since Ive experienced this before with other dry cleaners. Unfortunately it happened again. Despite the tag clearly stating how it must be cleaned, they must have hot pressed it. There is now a permanent pocket imprint on the front and a button imprint with wrinkles around every button.

I used these dry cleaners with the previous owner and wasn't fully happy, to put it mildly. These new owners not only clean and press clothes very well but attached a care note on a bag with a clean pink dress shirt. They didn't want the pink shirt to fade and lose color. That put a smile on my face. They are not just nice people but very professional and meticulous. I recommend this business.

I appreciate this friendly business! I know it has recently gone through a change in ownership. I feel they are doing a superlative job. I have had many dry cleaners through out my career in the military and the as a civilian. Bennett Valley Cleaners is the best one have experienced.

Bennett Valley Cleaners is better than ever!!! The new owners Rudy and Rosario are fantastic and have been in the cleaning business for years. They do a better job than any cleaners I've used in Santa Rosa. They are very friendly and very responsive. They also do a great job on alterations and Rosario does all of those herself and she's a real pro. I highly recommend Bennett Valley Cleaners if you're not using them now you should they are awesome.
