Always a great experience; efficient and well priced. Drive east is a hurdle, but appreciate the expertise and ease of dry cleaning.

I recently posted a not so favorable review for this cleaners. The owner gave me a call and said he wanted to earn my business back. To keep it short, I subsequently had some other items cleaned by the business, Not only did the owner earn my business back with their stellar service ; but I appreciate the integrity the business owner demonstrated by being an individual true to his word. This is a great dry cleaners and a family business which is what America is build on. I wholeheartedly suggest you try this dry cleaners, you will be unequivocally happy with their quality of service.

I dont normally leave reviews. Unless I have an amazing or terrible experience. In this instance, it was horrible. If I could take away stars, I would. You know when a business asks you to leave them a review when you have a good experience? You think, sure, why not? But also, a part of you thinks its a little odd? Well, I had a couple good experiences with Empire and the young owner always asked me to write reviews. I had actually planned on it. Until one day I called because I had something laundered and it came back with an odd smell. I called to explain the scent and to see if they could rewash it. That was it. Wasn't upset, didn't threaten to take my business elsewhere, simply a re-do. Well, I couldnt finish my sentence before the owner began to berate me over the phone. Quite literally he screamed at me saying I was terrible and it was actually my fault, etc... I began to tune out because frankly, he scared me. Thankfully this was over the phone and not in person because the owner (or it could be his son) is a very large man. After that experience, I reflected on how he had previously asked me to leave Empire reviews. So I searched his reviews and realized why. He has quite a few 1 stars that he is trying to make hide. I would suggest finding another cleaners in the area to give your money to. Someone who is kind and deserves it because this man does not. And if you do ever have a complaint, I suggest doing it over the phone.
