Their turnover rate may be the same in any profession within healthcare. New staff, new rules. I feel that if the old team gives you a free examination card with no expiration date, it should be honored. Transparency and customer service should be a priority. Especially in healthcare.

I can't say enough about my experience with the Joint and Dr. Tyler! I've been a member for a few months now, and from the very first day, they made a remarkable impact on my life. I had tried desperately to find a chiropractor, but no one could accommodate my immediate needs. That's when Dr. Tyler stepped in, even with a short-staffed day, and provided the help I so desperately needed. Not only did Dr. Tyler's care get me through those early days, but it's been an ongoing transformation. Not sure I'd return... Felt somewhat gimmicky and like they were trying to just do a on going sales pitch... I was expecting a slightly more professional experience then the one I got and I'm not sure that they knew even fully what they were doing ..... A few of the " adjustments made in me " I knew couldn't have been right due to the pain it caused me when doing the adjustments properly , it felt great and zero pain which is really kinda scary when it's dealing with your spinal ,neck and rib cage. Maybe it's a place for a beginner in the industry to start out but the spine isn't something to mess with... Although very friendly people I just felt like I was dealing with salespeople especially the doctor .... My visit lasted a total 15 minutes and towards the end I was given a treatment plan but with no explanations on problem areas what I could do to improve through out my week ... What they are and where they are on my body or why this " treatment " plan would be most effective. just a treatment plan It just seems like a total turn and burn kinda place. I'd feel more comfortable going to a more professional / experienced place next time and that's most likely what il do.
