I was adjusted by Ruben yesterday for the first time and was quite impressed. He mad sure and listened to my specific concerns and did a full initial workup. The treatment was nice and consisted of a combination of stretching, range of motion exercises and adjusting. I left there feeling much better and very satisfied with the experience!

I came to visit my daughter in Santa Rosa yesterday who had pains shooting down her right leg and was in a lot of pain. I found Align to Health Chiropractic on Google and was able to get her in on the same day. She saw Dr. Mueen and he was amazing! She arrived in a lot of pain and after many questions and tests, then adjustments, he was able to significantly reduce her pain. Really loved everything about the way he went about diagnosing the origin of her pain and explaining all of the exercises he recommends to get her on the road to a pain free life again! I couldn't recommend this clinic and Dr. Mueen more. Just go! He will help you!

Dr. Rubin is a wonderful and gentle chiropractor. When my former chiropractor retired I was so blessed to find him. Not only has he helped me heal my spine from some accidents but he also works on my hands and feet which has helped my walking and ability to play many musical instruments without pain. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mueen got me back on my feet again! I have been suffering from chronic back pain for most of my adult life and have seen many specialists in different fields. What I particularly appreciate about Dr. Mueen's work is the commitment to not just supporting me through an acute moment, but also supporting me in learning the kind of behaviors and maintenance needed to avoid future episodes. It is making a huge difference and I couldn't be more appreciative.

I went to Mueen to have him help with some situational vertigo and a rib issue thats always there. Ive been to a hand full of chiropractors and I have to say I love the slightly more aggressive approach that Mueen offers while still being mindful of not overdoing it. He also gave me some great tools/exercises to implement during my normal day to day. I felt better after ONE visit with Mueen (still feel better!) and cant wait to go back for another adjustment as needed.
