        Terrible customer service, not reliable at all! They canceled my reservation the same day as the pick up day and left me with no options! I missed my flight from San Francisco due to their irresponsible action! BE AWARE, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!

        While the employees of this location seemed very pleasant, I am disappointed overall with Avis. My rental was clearly heavily smoked in prior to my rental. And with no answer from the location Ive driving this vehicle for two weeks, my clothes stink my mask stinks and I get comments from patients at work. When contacting customer service online, they responded a day later just telling me to exchange my car. Very disappointed. You shouldnt be renting out vehicles with smoke residue. Very disappointed and will never use Avis for their overpriced, poor service.
