They need to explain the charges better I rented a car for 9 days dropped it off 2 days earlier and got charged $330 more because of mileage that they didnt explain in the beginning. Will never use them again.

Returned the car with freeway dust and they charged $250 for cleaning fee. Such a shame. I did initial where it said required more than a standard car wash but still its way too excessive. I would not recommend this place at all.

They Don't even deserve one star. We had a confirmation for a Sienna, because we needed to drop people off at SFO. However, at the last second they said that the confirmation was cancelled, when I had the email and spoken to someone to confirm the reservation. Be very careful when confirming with them!!
Update:
It was due to an Employee error, luckily another sienna came on time.
