        I don't understand why this bank doesn't have 5 stars. Today I went to open an account. Eduardo Brito helped me and scheduled an appointment for today with Eduardo Torres, an excellent banker who is friendly and very experienced, explains everything in detail, they are really the best. I come from another bank that I will reserve the name and I had my doubts about chase but now I tell you that I recommend this bank

        Was directed to apply for chase card to get $ 300 off south west flight at check out , applied and was approved , but the credit was not applied , Called Chase they were no help they told me to call s.w. , s..w said I need to Contact Chase . Canceled the card . Bummer experience .
