Precision Frame & Body Shop

I was hit at a stop sign in a 5 mph collision and the other driver's insurance paid for repairs to my front bumper and a scratch on the hood for my newer BMW. I chose precision based on the recommendation of a local BMW auto shop. Nick is very nice guy and willing to communicate. He dealt with the insurance and it was fully covered. I was only called twice at the end of the repair to let me know it was ready. Otherwise, to check on progress (did parts arrive, etc) and to get estimates of when it would be done (it took 3 weeks rather than 1), I had to call. When I got the call the car was ready, I went to pick it up, but found it was not "precise": the hood was raised on one side above the bumper and side panel, and the gaps around the headlights were uneven. I pointed this out to Nick, who said he'd fix it, and he kept the car for a few more days. When I picked up the car, it looked good. But I noticed the odometer had 22 more miles on it than when I dropped it off (based on Nick's precise odometer record when he began the repair: 39,998 miles at drop off, 40,020 at pickup). I asked him about this and he had no explanation. He denied using it for personal or business use and stayed on the lot, but I can't imagine how it was driven 22 miles for a bumper repair. I appreciate that Nick stood behind his work, but I was disappointed in the lack of communication for a repair that took such a long time, the imprecise standard when I was first offered the car back, and the unexplained 22 miles on my car. I hope I don't need a repair shop any time soon, but for these reasons I would choose another shop if I did.

Got my car back after 3 months of waiting. Only to find a huge crack in my windshield and my car still making noise. You can hear and feel something loose, it doesnt feel right to drive

My truck had side damage done to it by someone who thought it was okay not to stay around or leave their information. I was recommended by a friend to give Nick a call. Nick was very helpful with dealing with my insurance company along with the repair of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Precision Frame and Body Shop for all of your repair needs.

Needed to get a frame straightened and was told they are not taking in work in due to no workers..... frustrating !!!
