I was crushed when I found someone had badly damaged the RF corner of my Chrysler 300s while it was parked. I've known Randy for years because my daughter and his wife have been friends since school, but I have never needed body or paint work before and I was concerned about paint match and if my baby would ever be the same again. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young lady (Shyniah) who it turns out was also the estimator. She quickly assessed the damage and got all of my insurance information. She said she would get all the parts on order and let me know when they were in. A few days later I was contacted and a drop off day was set. When I arrived I was given a nice C250 mercedes to use while my vehicle was in the shop. Then came a little scare. I received a call that the painter was not happy with the color match, which is what I had feared all along. I should have known better. When I finally picked my vehicle up, it was fully detailed inside and out and the paint match was perfect. Results like this don't just happen. They happen when management hires and inspires their employees to do their best and everyone I dealt with did exactly that. Thanks to Randy and his great crew for a job well done.
