I have been going to Dr. Griffin for 10 years and have always appreciated her care. However, it has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment - 8 months to get a full body check, they have moved away from Aetna which when I asked why they said they never should have been in it to begin with - which makes no sense since I've had Aetna for  8 years going here so it's not as if they were just using it for a short period of time and the front office staff has gotten increasingly surly. People always complained on Yelp about Shannon but I found her helpful. I'm not sure if I caught someone on a bad day but I had to ask the current front office woman today if she was upset with me that's how uncomfortable our communication was. It seems as if Dr. Griffin or her staff is not really wanting to maintain her existing patients with these wait times, reduction of insurance, and increasing of cancellation fees which is just disappointing after coming here since 2011, as I have found Dr. Griffin herself a great dermatologist.

Dr. Griffin is the most amazing, knowledgeable physician that you could ever find. I trust her completely.

I recently saw Dr. Griffin as a new patient, she was so kind and answered all my questions. Her new staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they made me feel comfortable right away. I absolutely recommend her if anyone is looking for a dermatologist! Shes honest and extremely educated. Her availability is a bit of a wait but definitely worth it! :)
