I visited Phil Caylor's office with a Dr's referral for multiple health issues. Phil used many different techniques to pinpoint the underlying issues, such as asking questions about past trauma, physical symptoms, muscle test and pressing on different body parts. Phil and Ananad (his assistant) educated me about my health and I feel I learned a lot about my body. He used micro-currents, light and seed therapy along with needles. Anna his assistant is also a five star, she was caring, nurturing and friendly. Anna was accommodating to my busy schedule and quick to response with messages. Anna is very knowledgeable and her recommendation were on points. The office is cozy and smells good. There is a good heating system in each room and relaxing music plays in the background. I would fall asleep in each and every treatment which was healing and refreshing after a busy work day. I feel so much better in a short time of a few months, my hands, shoulders, digestion and mood are all improved. I also feel stronger mentally. I highly recommends them!

Phil Caylor may have very well saved my life from debilitating insomnia. I had tried everything from sleep hygiene and herbs to hypnosis, and his treatments truly made the shift for me to a person that sleeps. What a blessing! Ive since seen him for chronic pain, agitation, anxiety, different organs systems. His approach is very integrated, taking the whole mind/body/spirit into account. He and his staff, especially Anna have always been extremely sweet, generous, and supportive in my healing journey. Phil is also committed to technological innovation that he adds to his practice, turning up the volume of his treatments from fantastic to exceptional. Acupuncture works when practiced by skilled and sensitive healers. There are alot of constraints on acupuncture and of the few places I have been I've never felt like the practitioner has enough liberty to give the time and focus they need to apply to each patient. After a year of getting the minimum allowed somewhere else (once a week 30 mins), I was referred by a friend to Phil. Anna answered right away, got me plugged in, and made me feel at ease and enthusiastic about the appointment. When I arrived I got spritzed with Rose water and poof I had to leave my stress outside. I find that communication is essential with your healer so you can time it right and get the most out of it and I really felt like they listen and work with you here. Once we were working the problem together, it was smooth and therapeutic. After the first few appointments I was surprised to find myself more mobile and in less pain than I expected. My experience left me craving nicotine and food less too. I could write a whole origin story about Phil, but one thing is obvious, when you have a talent and are skilled at what you do, you have to share it with the world and he's travelled and practiced his trade longer than I've been alive in more places than I've had the privilege of going! It's kind of surprising to find yourself mobile and upbeat after a year of pain and slouching, but you'll know why. Combined with diet, exercise, and physical therapy exercises, I've gone from 3-4 hrs to 4-6 hours mobile per day, in much less pain, and with more frequent treatment and cleaner quieter location, Phil and Anna, and Ursula and Anan, have renewed my lease on my body without medications. Thanks for helping me chase Shaggy, run and play again!
