Network Management Solutions

This review is only regarding the marketing policy of Network Management Solutions; I have never hired them and cannot comment on the quality of services they provide. However, they have aggressively cold contacted us in waves periodically over the last few years and do not respect polite professional requests to have our contact information removed from their marketing lists. EDIT (Nov 2020) to respond to the owner message below: We received 2 additional calls in the last week on behalf of Network Management Solutions claiming to be located in Santa Cruz and using your phone number. They said they were contracted by NMS to solicit business and they could not modify the solicitation list they were given by NMS. UPDATE: 1/11/2021: Still receiving periodic unwanted marketing calls from Network Management Solutions.

I consider NMS a valued partner to Lyonstechs. It is great to have a MSP that has a deep technical knowledge and not only keeps the lights on but can add value by suggesting solutions to problems.
