Chase Bank

Love the staff here, everybody is extremely nice and helpful. Friday's there can be some long lines, but most other days it moves pretty quickly.

The bank tellers are very pro and friendly but dont rely on the ATMs at this branch because I recently made a cash deposit even tho my gut told me the ATM will mess it up which it did. It took a phone call and two days to get my cash deposit credited. As others have said before on here, one or both ATMs are not working most times and/or it my not accept your transaction. I hope they replace the ATMs soon otherwise, its a 3 rating for now.

Everybody working at this Bank are very helpful and actually get things done in a timely fashion. I was actually amazed look how quickly my questions where answered and the things I needed to be done who handled quickly with no problems doing them and without any mistakes. Thanks for showing how a bank should be run.

They would not provide a medallion seal on a U.S. Treasury department transfer into my account. Not even an offer to discuss the process. Isnt that what banks are meant to do? I guess Ill close the account soon enough.
