        The worse bank in santa Cruz, bad and very slow services one of teller manager gave hard time only in a simple transaction that normally takes 5 minutes to cash a check. She gave me a lot excuses and order to give the service, first if you don't have an account she asked for two IDs, then she started to spend time looking something wrong then cheking the signature, then calling the client, finally making notes in her computerTOTAL 25 MINUTES but I wondering my self how will I want to open an account there if they have bad service? no, way never.

        Unhappy with the bank these days but I saw a review of Jeanne, the teller and I was shocked. She has been absolutely hands down one of my favorite people there. She deserves 5 stars. I can't imagine a world where someone could call her spiteful. Weird.
