The person that was assisting me, didn't seem to know any relevant details at the moment, and had to consistently double check. Also, I was told oil change should take between 1-3 hours on busy day, but I didn't get my car back until end of day and didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. The only upside that day, was that I got a lower price online because I personally found a coupon.

I love this service department. Angelina was my service advisor and she was excellent. Erik helped as well. I felt like family and was treated with great respect. I will definitely only go to this center.

Eli, our salesman, was excellent. However, his manager was a real obstructionist. We came in because of the sale ads on TV. They denied knowing about this. He asked me to describe the commercial and where we saw it. No decrease was given to the stick price, but they added an additional $10,000. When we got up to leave, the manager ran after us and asked what we needed. We reinterated that we wanted $5000 down and no more than $500 per month (lease). That was what we had been saying for 2 hours. I told Eli I did not want to play games. Give me their best deal and I will take it. I was at the dealership for 7 hours. This was the most horrible experience I have had in all my years of buying and leasing cars.
