I would give Top Dog 100 stars if I could. Buying a home, especially a new construction is very stressful. We were debating whether or not we should hire an independent inspector. We decided to do it. After extensive research, I came across Jerry with Top Dog home inspection. Jerry was awesome from the getgo. We had a great conversation and he answered ALL my questions. We hired him to inspect our home and we were glad we did. He discovered several critical issues we missed during our walkthrough. His report was very impressive and thorough and best of all, he explained every single item on that report over the phone. You can tell, he loves what he does. Hiring him was MONEY WELL SPENT! Whether your buying a new or old home, do yourself a favor and hire Jerry from Top Dog. He's worth every penny. He truly is the TOP DOG when it comes to home inspections.

Just WOW! What a service! Inspector (Jerry) came in on time, well equipped and ready for the inspection. Jerry is a straight shooter, no BS, hard to find people like that. He did a very honest and thorough inspection. He saved us from making a terrible decision. I recommend this guy period
