        I joined Thecamptc Santa Clarita about 18 months ago when I was so broken. I never put myself first, invested in me, felt weak, depressed and not happy in my own skin. I needed a support system and not just a gym. Not only did I find that but a family and lifestyle!! I found me again!

        I have been going to the camp since 2018. You can be a challenger and/or a member. I was a camper and lost nearly 50 lbs. Now Im a member, there are many perks of both. AFF is the acronym for Awesome Fit Family and they mean it! All the trainers are certified, and yes many of them are former campers so they have been where you are on your journey. This is not only about the physical part of weight lost, the workouts and the nutrition, but the mental health as well. My whole family attends the gym and we all love it
